Art of Living launches YOGA RAVE with Sacred Mantra Meditation Workshop.

 

Yoga Rave is a new interactive experience of a perfect combination of sound and silence, movement and tranquility. An experience of meditation and dance to the mantra techno and electronica. A new kind of party without alcohol and drug free. A party where the body and mind stimulated through music, yoga and mantra mediation. The result is a total unification of your body with music as an active meditation.

 

Art of Living Denmark, invites all to this new cocktail of celebration that unites groovy, high energy beats with joy and energy from yoga. You will be taken on a journey through yoga postures, sacred mantra singing and deep meditation and then dance like when you were a child with full enthusiasm and freedom.

Can you combine yoga, Meditation, live music and dancing with a party? Even on a Sunday? It will certainly tried coming Sunday at EntréScenen. This international event was held with great success in November, when the surplus went to Haiti. This time it is Pakistan who are the lucky recipients.

The party held from 14-18 (doors open at 13:30) and all are welcome. It will be possible to participate in the various activities which among other counts paryoga, singing and dancing. If you have more to look at and sniff the atmosphere, there is also the opportunity to socialize with some healthy and organic snacks at the bar.

Okay. Take some pleasure in a clear and calm mind from yoga and meditation and blend it with equal parts of dynamism and enthusiasm of a great party, so you get Yoga Rave. It's been a combination of yoga, meditation, dance and satsang (mantra-singing in Sanskrit) exposed to electronic beats. The phenomenon originated in Buenos Aires a few years ago. In the summer it was so introduced to the Art of Living International teachers' meeting in Bad Antogast in Germany. A bunch of young guys from Paris took the concept back to their city, and since then it has spread around Europe.

Yoga Rave - The yoga trend

No drugs, no alcohol, no cigarettes- Yoga Rave is an alternative for young people. Not all people here wear Indian clothes, long hair, it does not smell of incense and I hear neither esoteric nor psychedelic music. People of very different style, which only have one thing in common: they are young. Aged between 15 and 30 years.
At the very beginning, people dress shoes off - they are all barefoot.
